This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by UniMorph (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), including but not limited to AI stylization, image-to-video generation, AI dance animation, AI background replacement and other related creative functions.
We prioritize user privacy and data security above all else. By accessing and using our App and services, you agree to the terms stated in this Privacy Policy.
1. Zero Data Storage Commitment
Our system does not store, save, back up or archive any user data, uploaded files or generated content in any form.
All images, videos and materials you upload, as well as all AI processing results including stylized images, generated videos, AI dance clips and background-replaced videos, are processed in real time during your active use. All data only exists in temporary memory for real-time calculation and rendering purposes.
After you finish the operation, leave the page or close the App, all related data will be automatically and completely cleared from our system immediately. No user content, operation records or personal information will be retained on our servers or system logs.
2. Data We Do Not Collect or Retain
We confirm that we never collect, record or store any of the following information:
- Any personal identifiable information;
- User uploaded original images, videos and other source files;
- All AI-generated pictures and video works;
- User operation records, usage logs and behavior data;
- Device information, location information and any sensitive user data.
3. Real-Time Processing Mechanism
All AI functions of the App adopt a stateless real-time processing architecture. All algorithm calculations, image rendering, video synthesis and style conversion are completed instantly during use. No data will be reserved for secondary use, analysis or commercial purposes.
4. Third-Party Statement
We do not share, transmit or provide any user data and generated content to any third-party institutions or service providers.
If you actively share or publish generated works through third-party platforms, such behaviors are beyond our control, and we shall not be responsible for any privacy risks caused thereby.
5. User Rights and Ownership
All original materials and AI-generated works belong entirely to you. You have full right to use, save, delete and manage your content independently. We do not obtain any ownership or usage rights of your creative works.
6. Payment & Fee Disclaimer
All service fees, subscription prices and recharge rules are clearly displayed on the App payment page. All payments are voluntarily confirmed by users. We will not deduct any fees without user’s active authorization.
All payment transactions are completed by official third-party payment channels. We do not collect or store any user payment information, bank card information or wallet data.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy according to product and technical optimization. The latest version will be displayed in the App. Continued use of the service represents acceptance of the updated policy.
