Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and our team (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access and use of UniMorph (the “App”), including all core features such as image & video stylization, image-to-video generation, AI dance animation, AI background replacement and all other related functions and services.
By downloading, installing, accessing or using the App and our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please stop using our App immediately.
1. Service Description
We provide intelligent AI creative tools for personal non-commercial and commercial creation, including but not limited to picture stylization, dynamic video generation, AI character dance synthesis, image/video background replacement and other one-click AI rendering services. All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We reserve the right to update, optimize, adjust or suspend partial or all functions of the App due to product iteration, technical upgrade, service maintenance and safety reasons, without prior notice to users.
2. Privacy & Data Rules
Your use of the App is also subject to our independent Privacy Policy. We strictly implement a zero-storage mechanism: we do not collect or store any of your uploaded original files, generated works, personal information and operation records. All data is only processed in real time during use and will be completely cleared after the operation ends.
You agree and acknowledge that our zero-data real-time processing rule complies with the service logic of this App.
3. User Eligibility & User Obligations
You confirm that you have the legal capacity to use our services. When using the App, you shall independently bear the following obligations:
- You shall not use our AI tools to create, generate or spread illegal, violent, pornographic, abusive, infringing, misleading, harmful or any inappropriate content;
- You shall not upload any materials that involve third-party portrait rights, copyrights, trademark rights, trade secrets or other legitimate rights without authorization;
- You shall not use the App for malicious brushing, service cracking, secondary development, automated batch operation, commercial fraud and other improper behaviors;
- You shall not interfere with the normal operation of the App, attack or bypass our technical protection system, or obtain service resources through abnormal means.
If you violate the above rules, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your use of the service permanently.
4. Copyright & Intellectual Property
User Content Ownership: All images and videos generated by you through the App belong to you. You have the right to use, save, edit and distribute your independently generated works legally.
Our Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights of the App, including but not limited to software code, algorithm model, interface design, function logic, trademark, logo and text content, are exclusively owned by us. No user may copy, modify, disassemble, resell or use our core technology and resources for unauthorized commercial purposes.
We obtain no ownership, usage or licensing rights of your user-generated content, except the temporary real-time processing authorization required to complete your AI generation tasks.
5. Payment & Subscription Terms
Some advanced functions of the App may require paid services, including one-time purchase, monthly/annual subscription, point package and other billing modes. All pricing, discount rules and service scope are clearly displayed on the official payment page of the App before payment.
- All paid services are voluntarily purchased and confirmed by users;
- We will not deduct any fees without your explicit authorization;
- Payment transactions are completed by secure third-party payment channels. We do not store any user payment credentials, bank card information or wallet data;
- Due to the virtual and real-time processing nature of AI service resources, paid rights that have been used, consumed or expired are not eligible for refund unless otherwise required by mandatory laws.
6. User Behavior Risks & Liability
You shall be solely responsible for all materials you upload and all content you generate. If your use behavior causes disputes, infringement claims, administrative penalties or any losses to third parties, you shall bear all legal liabilities independently, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all related claims, losses and legal costs.
We are not responsible for any content created by users, and do not undertake the review obligation of all user-generated content in advance.
7. Service Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we make no express or implied warranties for the service, including but not limited to the stability, accuracy, perfection, applicability and non-interruption of the AI generation effect.
We shall not be liable for any indirect loss, incidental loss, profit loss or data loss caused by service adjustment, system maintenance, network failure, abnormal user operation or force majeure events.
8. Amendment of Terms
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms according to product updates, technical iteration and industry compliance requirements. The updated Terms will be published inside the App. Your continued use of the service after the update takes effect means that you accept the revised Terms.
